Established in 2013, Fuyu’an (Fujian) Green Formwork Co., Ltd is located in Shishi Hongshan Town Science Park with RMB 20 million registered capital and 26,000 m² factory floor area, which commits to research and development and application of buckle-mount hollow plastic formworks, having over 60 invention patents and over 100 utility model patents, incorporating research and development, manufacturing, sales, leasing, construction.
The formworks are made from various waste plastic products and waste stone flour generated due to stone production, are added by plasticizer, lubricant, stabilizer, fire retardant, etc. and are formed by means of extrusion molding through independent patented technologies and processes, while they may be recovered and remolded for recycling after damaged and scrapped to achieve both resource recovery and industrialization, and thus they are of high environmental protection and business value.
With a professional spirit of “innovation and science and technology” and a aim of “factory (yard) formwork industrialization”, we create a construction system of “buckle-mount industrialized prefabrication and integral tool lifting” for plastic building formworks by using fasteners such as “pin, wedge” that are readily dismantled and mounted for connection and fixing instead of using conventional iron nails for fixing and erection, leading to savings in labor cost due to significantly reduced overhead workers and their work intensity, which is recognized by the industry experts and favored and acclaimed by many customers.
